• Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $100 and over! Shipping for orders under $100 is $6.95 USD. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
• Orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours.
• Priority shipping options are available for additional cost.

Returns:

• Shopeglamor does not currently offer refunds.  We do however accept returns for store credit or we can do exchanges if the item is available. 
• You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. 
• Store credit never expires and may be used towards purchase of in-stock items only.  Please note that the credit does not expire, however it cannot be used with any other promotions or discounts.You can use it by entering it in the discount box at the checkout.
• All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.  If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer.
• All bralettes, bodysuits, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Items purchased using discount codes of 30% off or more are considered sale items and labeled as final sale at time of purchase.

Instructions for Return:

• You can start the return/exchange process by clicking on "Start a Return" on the Footer menu of the site.
• After your return has been accepted you can mail back item(s) to the address emailed to you. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $6.95 will be deducted from your store credit. Please note that returns must be received within 10 business days in order to still be eligible for return.
• For returned items past the 10 day return period, a 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. The 10 days start from the day you receive your pre-paid label. Returns older than 20 days from when your pre-paid label is sent will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense.
• Once we receive your return we will send you an email with your store credit code within 2-3 business days.
• Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. While we’re happy to assist in locating your package, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
